Return Policy

Returns 
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Should you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact us support@pleasantcases.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A full description of the fault
  • Photographic evidence of product and shipping note attached

Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 30 days of product delivery.

To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
