Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

 

Where are the cases made? 

Our cases are made in and shipped from California, US. Some cases will be shipped from North Carolina, US, depending on your location.

 

Do you make Samsung cases?

We currently have select designs for Samsung phones here and are working on adding more soon!

 

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Shipping on all worldwide orders is $2.95 USD, or buy 2 get free shipping.

 

How long do personalized cases take to ship? 

Personalized cases ship within 2-4 business days. 

 

ORDERS & PAYMENT

I entered the wrong address for my order, what should I do?

Visit our Contact Page ASAP and send us a message containing your order number and updated address within 5 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee address modification requests will be successful as this depends on the status of your order when your request is reviewed. 

Please double-check your address as your order will be delivered there and you will be responsible for retrieving it. 

If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, you will be contacted and prompted to submit an updated address, additional shipping costs apply. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link when your order is fulfilled. 

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Can I exchange / return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns. This is according to our terms and conditions. Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.

 

What can I do if my product is faulty?

Should you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact support@pleasantcases.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A full description of the fault
  • Photographic evidence of product and shipping note attached

Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 30 days of product delivery.
